Our house in Spain in lockdown times

In the last days we have noticed an increasing concern in friends and clients in relation to their properties situated at the Mediterranean cost of Spain. This concern affects clients with properties that are safely locked down and used for holidays or rented to third parties, and also clients with building projects who had to stop the works due to the current situation.

Nuestra casa en España en estos dias de aislamiento

Estos últimos días hemos notado la preocupación de nuestros clientes y amigos qué tienen su casa en algún lugar de la costa mediterránea en España. Esto incluye a los clientes que tienen su casa cerrada y de la que disfrutan en vacaciones y tiempo libre o alquilan a terceros y también aquellos clientes que iniciaron la construcción de su vivienda y esta situación les ha pillado con la vivienda a medio construir.

Unser Haus in Spanien in Zeiten der Ausgangssperre

In den letzten Tagen haben wir eine ansteigende Besorgnis bei Freunden und Kunden bezüglich deren Häuser an der mediterranen Küste von Spanien bemerkt. Diese Besorgnis betrifft sowohl Kunden wessen Häuser abgeschlossen und gesichert sind und welche in den Ferien genutzt werden oder an Dritte vermietet werden, als auch Kunden mit Bauvorhaben welche begonnen haben und welche auf Grund der Situation die Arbeiten stoppen mussten.
