Haben Sie Interesse daran Ihre oder eine Ihrer Liegenschaften an der Costa Blanca zur Ferienvermietung anzubieten?

Was muss ich tun?

Die Regierung der Comunitat Valenciana verlangt von allen Personen, seien diese Residenten oder Nicht-Residenten in Spanien, dass die Liegenschaften welche vermietet werden sollen, im Registro de Alquileres Turísticos de la Comunitat Valenciana (Register der Ferienvermietung der Comunitat Valenciana) eingetragen werden um die entsprechende Steuernummer zu bekommen. Sollte diese Auflage nicht erfüllt werden, drohen Geldstrafen.

Are you interested in renting one or more of your properties at the Costa Blanca for vacation purposes?

What must I do?

The Administration of the Valencian Community asks all the landlords, whether they are residents or non-residents, to register their property or properties subject to the holiday rental at the “Registro de Alquileres Turisticos of the Comunitat Valenciana ", in order to obtain a registration number. In the case of non-compliance of this obligation, the landlord will be penalized with high fines.

¿Tiene previsto alquilar con fines turísticos vacacionales una o varias viviendas en la Costa Blanca?

¿Qué debo que hacer?

La Administración de la Comunidad Valenciana exige a todo arrendatario, sea persona física o jurídica, residente o no residente, la obligación de inscribir la vivienda o viviendas turísticas objeto de arrendamiento en el Registro de Alquileres Turísticos de la Comunitat Valenciana, a los efectos de obtener el correspondiente número de inscripción. En caso de incumplimiento de esta obligación la persona arrendataria del bien será sancionada.

¿Что необходимо сделать для этого?

Правительство Валенсийской Автономии обязывает любого арендодателя, физического или юридического лица, с видом на жительство или нерезидента Испании, зарегистрировать объект недвижимости, который собственник предполагает сдавать в аренду, в Реестре Туристической Аренды Валенсийской Автономии в целях получения регистрационного номера. В случае невыполнения этой обязанности на арендодателя недвижимости налоговыми органами будет наложена санкция в виде немалого штрафа.

Avez-vous prévu de louer à des fins touristiques un ou plusieurs de vos biens immeubles sur la Costa Blanca?

Que devez-vous faire?

L’Administration de la Communauté Valenciana demande à tous les bailleurs, qu’ils soient personnes physiques ou personnes morales, résidents ou non-résidents, d’inscrire le ou les biens immobiliers faisant l’objet de la location au « Registro de Alquileres Turisticos de la Comunitat Valenciana », dans le but d’obtenir un numéro d’enregistrement.  Dans le cas du non-respect de cette obligation, le bailleur sera sanctionné.
